4. Fees and Payments

All fees for consultations and care services are clearly stated on our booking platform or provided via formal invoice. Payments must be made in full through our secure payment partners (Stripe) or via approved bank transfer before services are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, care frameworks, and materials provided by us remain the exclusive property of KEM Healthcare and Consulting Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials provided specifically for your care plan or consultation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEM Healthcare and Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or reliance on any advisory provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, with the primary place of business located in Chatham, Kent.
